Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and One Hunnid LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE #6130, Albuquerque, NM 87110 (“Khevio,” “we,” “us”). They apply when you create an account or use the Khevio website and software (the “Service”). If you use Khevio on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for that business. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy also apply.

2. The Service

Khevio is software for restaurants to manage inventory, recipes and costing, purchasing, waste, transfers and sales, across one or more branches. We may add, change or remove features over time. We'll try to give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what you're paying for.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for your account, your team members' access and everything done under it. Keep passwords secure and tell us promptly at support@khevio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

4. Free trial, subscriptions and payment

• New accounts may start with a free trial, as described on our pricing section. When a trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (currently per branch, per month) at the price shown when you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it's resolved.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period. You can cancel before then if you don't accept them.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you're responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into Khevio — your inventory, recipes, suppliers, sales and other business records (“Your Data”). You give us permission to host, process and display it only as needed to run and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data and for having the right to provide it. You can export your data from the dashboard while your account is active. After cancellation we keep it for a limited period, then delete it.

6. Integrations with third-party services

Khevio can connect to services you choose, such as Square, Toast and Clover point-of-sale systems. When you connect one, you authorize us to access the data you permit (for example orders and menu items) on your behalf, only to provide the Service. We only read data from these systems — we don't change your POS. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable without our control. You can disconnect an integration at any time from the Integrations page. We aren't responsible for the third party's service or for anything that results from it changing or going down.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or violate anyone's rights using the Service;
• attempt to access other customers' data, probe or bypass security, or disrupt the Service;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing product;
• upload malicious code or use automated means to overload or scrape the Service;
• share your account in a way that avoids paying for additional branches or users.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or put the Service or other customers at risk.

8. Accuracy of figures and reports

Khevio calculates costs, margins, stock levels, tax figures and reports from the information you and your connected systems provide. Results depend on that data being accurate and complete — for example, correct recipes, prices, deliveries and counts. They are tools to help you run your business, not accounting, tax, legal or food-safety advice. You're responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for tax filings, financial decisions, ordering, or regulatory requirements.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, belongs to One Hunnid LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your subscription for your internal business operations. We don't transfer any ownership to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep Khevio available and secure, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, and outages can happen. Support is provided by email at support@khevio.com.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khevio and its owners and team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate us against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party's rights.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using Khevio and cancel at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, don't pay, or if we stop offering the Service — with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as data ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity) will survive termination.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Please contact us first at support@khevio.com — most issues can be sorted out directly.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use Khevio after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
